Navaal AI is an AI development studio in Sydney, Australia, working with clients worldwide. We build websites, Shopify and WooCommerce stores, web and mobile apps, and custom AI agents and chatbots. We also run AEO and SEO programmes that get businesses found on Google and named in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot and Google's AI answers.
We build our own products first and sell what we have proven. Bilby walks an online store every night like a real customer, from the home page to checkout, and emails a screenshot the moment something breaks. It works on any ecommerce platform. Navaal: AI SEO, AEO & GEO is our Shopify app. It finds the products that search engines and AI assistants can't use, then writes the missing descriptions, meta tags, FAQs and alt text for the merchant to approve.
Our largest current build moves EBS Bathroom & Plumbing Supplies, a Sydney business our founder manages, from WooCommerce to Shopify: 10,304 products, 27,409 variants, 36 brands and 935 collections.
You deal directly with the person who builds your project. Prices are published, scope is fixed in writing, and nothing launches until it has been tested.

Processes and approach
How do you gather and validate client requirements?
We start with a 30-minute call and a one-page written scope: goals, must-have features, integrations, budget and deadline. For online stores we run a free Bilby scan or AI visibility check first, so decisions start from real data. Nothing is built until the scope is agreed in writing.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
Every project has one measurable goal agreed up front, such as more completed checkouts, more organic clicks or hours saved each week. Features that do not serve that goal are parked, and progress is reviewed against that number rather than a feature list.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
A lightweight Agile approach: one-week sprints, a live preview link from the first week and a short written update at the end of each sprint. Fixed-scope projects use milestones with client sign-off.
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
A live preview link the client can open at any time, a weekly written update (done, next, blockers) and direct contact with the developer by email or call.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
A written update every week and a 30-minute call every one to two weeks, more often in the weeks before launch.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
Automated tests on core logic, a pre-launch checklist covering speed, accessibility, SEO, structured data and tracking, and a real-browser walk of every buying path with Bilby before and after launch.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
We list the main risks at kickoff (data migration, third-party apps, payments and tracking), test those first, keep a rollback plan for every launch, and protect search rankings with URL maps and 301 redirects.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
30 days of support is included on website builds, then optional monthly care: updates, fixes and Bilby watching the store every night. AEO and SEO retainers run month to month with no lock-in.
