We organized the product into three panels. Hotels create trip bookings with guest and route details. Drivers receive new rides instantly in their app and track completed trips. Admins monitor hotels, drivers, and balances from their dashboard. This structure kept each role clear and made everyday tasks easy to repeat without confusion.
