NEWMIND PARTNERS is one senior team across the whole AI stack. We build AI workflows that cut operating cost, custom platforms our clients own and run, and e-commerce, from the first audit to production.
Agents handle the routine cases; exceptions go to a person, who still decides. Savings are measured against an agreed baseline, net of AI and operating costs.
Start with the free five-minute AI pre-audit, or a feasibility audit that delivers a Product Blueprint and a Feasibility & Value Case in 10 working days.

Processes and approach
How do you gather and validate client requirements?
We start with a short brief, about 25 minutes of the client's time. A feasibility review then turns each problem into one module with a clear "done when".
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
Every module is tied to a business outcome and scored on value and effort before build starts. The client approves the phased plan before any build work begins.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
Phased delivery: a feasibility review first, then two build phases. Each module has a clear "done when" that the client signs off.
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
Clients receive a written progress update every month: what was delivered against each module's "done when", what is next, and any decision we need from them. Each project also has full management and monthly support, 7 days a week.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
Monthly. Every month we hold a check-in with the client to review progress on each module and agree the next steps.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
Each module is tested against its agreed “done when” acceptance criteria with the client’s real sample data before go-live. Irreversible actions (sending, paying, publishing) require a human approval. One feedback round is included.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
A two-week baseline time study confirms the starting point before build. Results are measured against that baseline after go-live.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
Full management after go-live, with monthly support 7 days a week.
