Like many startup teams, our client was using many Cloud services platforms. They are all useful and cheap solutions with small team sizes, but now it is hard to track and needs a lot of handwork to make them consistent with a fast growth rate of our clients' users and business. The CEO needs a full-stack developer who can understand their problems at the back end and can build beautiful websites that support multiple devices with the perfect pixels at the front end.
Our client had many teams using different tools for various purposes, understanding them and being able to integrate them into a centralized system was a big challenge.

* For Business Challenges:
After several interviews with our client's CTO and CEO, our experienced, full stack developer passed and quickly proposed a solution for a system from scratch. After 4 months of development, we released the first version, a professional website, and get rid of the old CRM tools. Memberships and payments can be automated and centralized with the Stripe payment gateway. So far so good, by applying Agile methodology in Software Development on a weekly basis, we have a new version and zero downtime for upgrading.

Our developer worked with all people in charge to gather requirements and integrate these requirements into one centralized system.
