Nextchain is a multinational software development company founded in 2023, with offices in Yongin (South Korea), Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), Coquitlam (Canada) and Dover (USA). Projects are managed from Korea and delivered by our team in Vietnam, in English, Korean or Vietnamese.
We build functional products and operational systems, not template websites:
- SaaS platforms with subscriptions, permissions and analytics
- CRM, admin and business systems that replace spreadsheets and manual work
- Customer and partner portals connected to internal workflows
- iOS/Android apps (React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin) with backend, admin and store release
- AI applications: RAG chatbots, AI image editing, AI analysis reports, multi-provider AI gateways
- API integrations, crawling and IT consulting (architecture, modernization, system takeover)
Our public portfolio includes 18 products, among them a government-support matching platform, an enterprise CRM with license management, an AI product-image editor for e-commerce, a survey operations platform, and our own AI products, NextAPI and 24hagent.chat.
How we work: understand the problem, design the right system, build and test in short iterations, then launch and operate. You get direct access to the delivery team, a visible backlog, regular demos and client-owned source code. Post-launch monitoring, fixes and feature work are available.
Stack: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, Python, React Native, Flutter, PostgreSQL, Supabase, AWS, GCP, Vercel, OpenAI/LLM APIs.

Processes and approach
How do you gather and validate client requirements?
Step 1, understand the problem: we confirm users, workflows, integrations and acceptance criteria, and agree scope and milestones. Output: a product brief.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
Step 2, design the right system: validated designs and architecture before build. You work directly with the people doing the work, and scope changes are assessed for cost, schedule and risk before they are added.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
Scrum/Kanban. We build, test and improve in short iterations, with working increments at the end of each phase, then launch and operate (production release + handover).
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
Shared backlog/issue tracker, regular demos and milestone reviews. Risks are raised early.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
Regular progress updates and demos; the meeting cadence is agreed at kickoff. We work in English, Korean or Vietnamese.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
QA is part of every build: code review and testing practices suited to the project, UAT and deployment support. Access is limited by role and production credentials are not shared in ordinary communication.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
Risks are raised early through the shared backlog and milestone reviews. Scope changes are assessed for cost, schedule and risk before they are added. For existing systems we review the codebase, document risks and priorities, and plan staged modernization.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
Monitoring, bug fixes, performance improvements, OS and dependency updates, and continued feature development under an agreed maintenance plan or product roadmap.
