Shorter or higher-risk work may need more frequent contact; quiet monitoring periods use scheduled evidence reviews rather than meetings for their own sake.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
Quality assurance follows the deliverable: code and configuration checks, responsive and accessibility review, native-language editorial checks, structured-data and search validation, security review where relevant, and visual inspection of released artefacts. We verify the live result separately from the local build and record known limits.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
We identify risks during discovery and maintain them alongside scope, dependencies and ownership. High-impact changes use narrow release manifests, backups or rollback paths, staged validation and explicit acceptance criteria. When evidence is missing or a platform retains control, we record the uncertainty instead of presenting an assumption as a result.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
Support is defined in the written scope. Handover normally includes documentation, access responsibilities and an agreed defect or aftercare period. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, security operations, search work or managed cloud services are available as separate programmes when needed; third-party costs and response commitments are stated explicitly.
