Solution
Order Fulfilment and Communication Platform developed for Master Group of Industries integrates all the orders placed through online stores, affiliate application, point- of-sales system, and door-to-door sales service and places them into a single order processing and database web management system. The entire digital web-based solution helps the internal staff and partner fulfilment companies to track, manage, and deliver orders to the final customer. The web portal includes an advanced admin panel that allows the management to edit/split orders and end-to-end communication with staff members as well as partner companies.
The all-in-one portal provides businesses start-to-end tracking of each order placed via any any of the e-commerce portals that they use.
