How do you gather and validate client requirements?
The initial requirements are gathered via a specialised questionnaire, which is then thoroughly discussed with stakeholders and aligned with their long-term goals. Further, this process, often performed during regular online meetings, becomes an essential part of our ongoing collaboration.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
We always focus on long-term cooperation, which means at least a few years for most of our customers. During our regular meetings, we discuss and clarify the priorities for the tasks currently in progress. We also take time to get a helicopter view of our collaboration and the customer's major long-term goals. We reflect on them in terms of both our ongoing work and future tasks.
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
We provide continuous reporting on our work for a customer, including regular text summaries and weekly video meetings with stakeholders.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
At least, weekly.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
We offer ongoing 24/7 maintenance for existing server and cloud infrastructure, as well as all solutions we designed and deployed to meet the customer's needs.
