Major clients
Processes and approach
How do you gather and validate client requirements?
We start with a free 30-minute call about goals, users and constraints, then write a short scope with milestones, a timeline and a fixed price for the first milestone.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
Every milestone is tied to a business metric the client cares about (installs, retention, revenue, time saved), and we review it at each demo.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
Lightweight Agile: one-week iterations, a shared backlog, and a working build at the end of every week.
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
Weekly demo call with a staging link, plus a shared Slack or Telegram channel for daily questions.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
Weekly demos and written updates; urgent questions answered within one business day.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
Code review on every change, automated tests for critical flows, staging before production, and crash and error monitoring after release.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
We surface risks early in the scope, prototype the riskiest part first (for example AI quality or real-time netcode) and keep the client able to stop after any milestone.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
After launch we monitor errors and crashes, fix bugs found in the first weeks, and offer an hourly or monthly support plan for new features, store updates and scaling.
