Processes and approach
How do you gather and validate client requirements?
We start with working sessions to understand the product, its users, the business constraints and the technical context. We review existing research and analytics, map the main workflows, and agree on what the project needs to answer before design begins.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
At the start of each engagement, we turn the brief into a shared list of product goals, user needs, assumptions and decisions. Reviews refer back to those goals, which keeps feedback focused on the product instead of personal taste.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
We adapt to the client's product and engineering process. Most engagements use short design cycles with discovery, architecture, prototyping, review and validation before handoff. The design work runs alongside product and engineering when that suits the team.
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
Clients work directly with the project team. We use shared Figma files, written decision notes and regular review calls. Each update explains what changed, why it changed, which questions remain open and what needs a decision next.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
Most projects have a weekly review and written updates between sessions. Faster product cycles may use shorter check-ins. We agree on the rhythm at kickoff based on the team, time zones and how quickly decisions need to be made.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
Our design checks cover user flows, content, responsive behavior, component consistency, accessibility and handoff readiness. We review edge cases with engineering and test prototypes with users when validation is part of the engagement.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
We keep a visible list of assumptions, dependencies and unanswered questions. If a risk affects scope, timing or product quality, we raise it early and agree on the tradeoff with the client rather than leaving it for a later review.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
After handoff, we can answer engineering questions, review the implemented product and support further iterations. The exact support period depends on the engagement. Ongoing teams can retain Plexable as their product design partner.
