Challenge
AI4U, a London-based company, had teams losing hours searching internal reports, government databases and industry research. They needed a single place to ask questions and get trustworthy answers quickly, without sending sensitive data to third parties and while staying within GDPR requirements.

Solution
We built a hybrid AI expert system on a fine-tuned open-source model with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), securely connected to public and private sources. It was built under GDPR with access controls, encryption and full audit trails, and delivered in four phases.

Results
Teams now have one place to ask: answers arrive in seconds with supporting context instead of hours of manual searching. Because the system runs on an open-source model, AI costs stay lower than with commercial alternatives, and every answer remains auditable.
