Mobile App Functional Testing
Challenge
Client requested a QA partner to perform functional testing on their Mobile App.
• The team needed to move quickly with functional testing on variety of local real devices, as this app can not be tested on cloud platforms such as
BrowserStack.
• Various constraints were provided such as not willing to go for Test Automation, looking for parallel testing of certain test cases with 50+ users on local
real devices, etc.
• A partner was sought who could provide lower cost, remote expertise in providing the end-to-end Mobile App Testing

engineers, based offsite, and
managed by QualiTlabs
• Documented the test cases in
JIRA-Xray and executed them
inside Xray, attached evidences
for pass/failure
• Weekly touchpoints with the
Client’s Dev Team and QA
manager

this is helping in quicker and confident
releases into production
• for the last 5 release there we were no bugs
with critical, high and medium severity
