Processes and approach
How do you gather and validate client requirements?
We start with a discovery conversation about the client's use case, target industry, volumes, compliance needs and timeline. Together we choose the right model, ODM on one of our validated reference designs, OEM built to a custom specification, or co-brand with custom finishes. For custom builds, the requirements are written into a specification the client signs off before development begins. [Confirm whether you share a prototype or sample for validation.]
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
We tie every hardware and software decision back to what the client wants to achieve, whether that's training, field service, defence simulation or classroom learning, and to their market, price point and certification needs. Our industry experience across education, healthcare, defence, enterprise and manufacturing helps us flag trade-offs early, so the product fits the business and not just the spec sheet.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
For hardware we follow a stage-gated approach, from concept and prototype through validation to production. For software and the SDK, we work in Agile sprints with regular releases.
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
Each client has a dedicated project contact, and we share milestone reports and demos at each stage & email summaries and regular calls.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
A typical answer would be weekly check-ins during active development, plus formal reviews at each milestone.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
We work under ISO 9001, 27001 and 14001 certifications. We own optics, thermal and sensor integrity in-house and manufacture with Tier-1 partners Kaynes Technology and Syrma SGS. Certification work, including BIS and WPC, is part of the engineering process. For defence projects we pre-comply with MIL-STD-810H and JSS 55555.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
We reduce design risk by starting from validated reference designs, and we reduce supply and production risk through Tier-1 manufacturing partners. Certification and compliance are planned from the start so they don't delay delivery.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
We provide technical support, SDK access and software updates after delivery. with warranty, repair and replacement terms.
