The client contacted Quytech with high-expectation to design and develop the fitness and wellness app, which was scheduled to hit the UAE market by the end of 2022. Therefore, we have to successfully design, develop and deploy this fitness and wellness app development project in a limited time.
Also, the biggest challenge we ran into from the ideation stage was that the client had come up with new ideas expecting to do them on a priority basis so it took us a few days to implement them. Despite this, we had several other challenges including:
Lots of 3rd party integration to add content and other information/data.
Since it was a government project, we must take care of every step we have taken. Similarly, the app should be developed in a way that all citizens, from teenagers to seniors, can use it effortlessly.
Lastly, the biggest challenge was that we needed to develop a fitness and wellness app that should be interactive and streamlined so that millions of people who will use the app don't lose interest easily.
But after discussing the challenges and considering the requirements of the project and the needs of our client, we decided to develop an incredible fitness and wellness app that serves as a platform for them to have a unique experience to live a healthier and happier life and become the best version of themselves.

Employing design thinking principles, the session provided an in-depth understanding of the product goals, prioritized product features that would best resonate with AD360 users, and a clickable application prototype.
