How We Work:
Every service request is handled through a structured ticket system. Each ticket includes a precise start and stop time, a full description of the problem, and the resolution applied — all sent directly to the client upon completion. This means complete transparency on every invoice, every time.
We operate on a pay-as-you-go model with no required monthly retainer. Clients only pay for the time actually worked, billed in one-hour increments. Onsite visits are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with after-hours and weekend support available at adjusted rates.
RiseRadar LLC carries General Liability insurance and is fully registered in the State of Florida. We are bilingual in English and Spanish, making us an ideal partner for the diverse South Florida business community.
