The project have been developed by the other company, and there were too many issues in a live environment. The wrong architecture doesn't allow us to scale the application, to add new features and attract more users. We were supposed to resolve this critical situation.

We build the mobile application from scratch and configured the smooth CI/CD pipelines, so the users will not face the changes and updates with the downtime. We changed completely the backend architecture, database structure to make sure the application will be scalable and flexible and match all the latest international standards.

Completely new Mobile application and Website, the app performance increased by around 320%. The application became maintainable and scalable as easy to add new marketing campaigns. And as a result, we have resolved the problem that the client had initially. And matched our deadlines and budget.
