Before hiring a WordPress studio, most companies ask us the same handful of questions. These are our honest answers.
Will the price change once you start?
No. We look at the existing site and the brief first, write the scope down, and fix the price. If something turns out harder than expected, that is our problem to absorb, not a surprise on your invoice.
Who will I actually be working with?
The developer. RXN Web Solutions is a small studio led by its founder, who has worked on WordPress for more than ten years. There is no account manager passing messages along, and no outsourcing of your project to someone you never meet.
Will it be fast?
We measure rather than promise. On recent rebuilds, mobile Lighthouse scores went to 99, and a WooCommerce store we maintain moved from failing to passing Core Web Vitals in real user data. Speed comes mostly from what we leave out: no page builder, no multipurpose theme, no plugins added to patch gaps in the code.
Can my team update the site without you?
Yes, that is part of the job. We build custom editor blocks around your content, so adding a product, a speaker or a news item does not break the layout. You also receive documentation describing how the site is put together.
What if you are no longer around?
The code is yours and written to be read. Any competent WordPress developer can pick it up where we left off. We would rather keep you through good maintenance than through dependency.
What happens before launch?
Automated Playwright tests check navigation, forms and key page routes, and migrations on live sites are done in small steps with a backup before each one.
What do you not do?
Platforms other than WordPress, and social media management. If a different stack or a different kind of agency would serve you better, we will say so in the first call.
We work with clients in Serbia and abroad, in English and Serbian.
