Ignify Careers, a core vertical of Ignify Solutions, helps students and job aspirants, especially from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, become interview-ready and industry-prepared. Their candidates were working with scattered resources: resumes in one app, mock interviews in another and job applications tracked by hand. The process was stressful and disorganized, and candidates had no data-driven view of their own strengths or the areas they needed to improve.

We designed and built a single career-readiness dashboard that brings learning, job search and career growth together. Candidates follow skill modules and certifications, track applications with real-time status (Pending, Approved or Rejected), review vacancy trends and receive tailored job alerts. An interactive assessment module shows results on a performance gauge from 'Bad' to 'Perfect', generates personalized next steps and feedback, and links straight to booking a one-on-one session with a coach.
