Second Talent was founded after our previous company experienced firsthand how difficult it was to build a reliable engineering team across Asia. We weren't looking to offshore work, we were looking for great engineers. The problem was that the existing platforms weren't built for that. So we built our own.


Today, Second Talent connects 200+ companies globally with engineering talent across nine Asian markets: Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, and Thailand.
