Solution
The ecosystem delivered consists of a web application for ANGEL operators to efficiently process delivery orders, assign drivers, and plan tours. For drivers, we developed a mobile application allowing them to check orders and updates, update shipment statuses, and scan package barcodes. Additionally, we created a parcel tracking web page for end-users to track shipment times and statuses or request changes to delivery times.

Results
To date, we have integrated the ANGEL platform with over 80 retailers, broadening its reach and functionality. We redesigned the web application to improve usability and replaced the outdated mobile app for delivery drivers with an updated version offering better features. During a technical due diligence, a CGI auditor highlighted the efficiency of our project management and system architecture.
