SkynetLabs is a web development and AI-automation agency founded in 2019 by Waseem Nasir. We work remotely from Bali, Indonesia, with clients in the US, Europe and Australia.
What we build:
- Websites and landing pages on WordPress and Next.js, shipped in days, with speed, SEO and security handled from day one.
- AI automation on n8n: email triage, lead routing, quote parsing, reporting and follow-up sequences that run without a human in the loop.
- AI agents and chatbots built on Claude, wired into the tools a business already uses (CRM, Gmail, WhatsApp, Slack, Shopify).
- Lead-generation systems: scraping, enrichment, personalised outreach and reply triage.
- Monthly care plans: updates, backups, uptime, small changes, so nothing rots after launch.
Recent work (client names under NDA):
- AI email triage for a freight and logistics operator: n8n plus an LLM reads every inbound email in French and English, classifies urgency, drafts the reply and logs it. Monthly reports show the share of mail handled without a human.
- Shipping and payments integration for a specialty food exporter: WooCommerce, live FedEx rates and Mailchimp wired together.
- Card-only booking and pay-to-join flow for a sports club.
- Two-location site and intake flow for a physiotherapy clinic.
- Our own outreach engine: a form sender and reply-triage pipeline that runs 100 personalised contacts a day.
Open source: 133 public repositories on GitHub (github.com/waseemnasir2k26), including Claude Code skills, n8n workflow packs and MCP tooling.
Typical engagement: a $300 to $3,000 build plus a $95 to $395 per month care plan. Founder-led, small team, fast replies. Contact: [email protected].

Processes and approach
How do you gather and validate client requirements?
A 30-minute discovery call, then a written one-page scope with price, timeline and what is out of scope. Nothing starts until the client signs that page.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
Every build is tied to one business outcome the client names on the call (more booked jobs, fewer manual emails, faster quotes). We report against that outcome, not against hours.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
Small fixed-scope sprints of 3 to 7 days. Staging link shared from day one. Weekly review call for anything longer than a week.
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
A short written update every 2 to 3 days with a link to the staging build, plus a weekly call on larger projects.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
Written update every 2 to 3 days; weekly call on larger projects.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
Independent review pass before anything ships: responsive check on real phone sizes, broken-link and SEO scan, speed test, security scan, and a dry run of every automation with real sample data.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
Scope is fixed in writing, changes are quoted before they are built, and every site and workflow has backups and a rollback path before launch.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
Every build ships with a monthly care plan ($95 to $395 per month): updates, backups, uptime monitoring and small changes. Bug fixes in the first 30 days are free.
