Challenge

The MEDvidi software platform had to work as a hybrid between a customer relationship system and an electronic health record system. Furthermore, the software had to be designed from the ground up with specific safeguards and security standards for electronic protected health information per HIPPA Security Rules, along with the use of AI technologies. The doctor and patient entities would require the creation of distinct dashboards Smart IT would have to both figure out and implement all account management related features for the new CRM. Last but not least the entire healthcare platform would be made available as a mobile application.
