Process and Solution: In order to realize the ERP system, a skilled team was formed, consisting of 3 backend developers, 3 frontend developers, 2 mobile developers, a tester, and a DevOps specialist. The project was executed in distinct phases, starting with the comprehensive analysis of the concept and requirements. The team then proceeded to design intuitive frontend interfaces, establish a backend infrastructure, optimize database structures, integrate essential ERP functionalities, and conduct thorough system testing.
