The main challenge was to create the required functionality in a limited period of time, which would be fully integrated with the system. The form builder had to be simple, but with customization options. For the development, a pure PCB should have been used, without the use of frameworks

Created form builder - form elements are configurable through the backend. There is the possibility to create/edit form elements order, type, field-name, title, default value, read-only, hidden, step, requirement/optional, and basic validation. We provide a simple way to customize form design and change the color scheme and size. Backend logic is implemented using PHP 8.1 without framework usage. Code is modular, easily scalable, and adaptable for any PHP framework or MVC platform with existing API functionality. Third-party (partner) can integrate widgets with minimal programming logic.
