Snotor created a multi-platform SaaS ecosystem consisting of a public Webflow website, a React merchant web application, and React Native/Expo mobile applications for iOS and Android. The backend uses Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs. Delivered workflows cover OTP-based merchant registration and onboarding, profile and business settings, AI-assisted merchant website and SEO-content generation, booking management, staff rosters, a standalone Book Now customer journey, lead management, acquisition attribution, role-based permissions, and a CRM foundation.
