Challenge
Iron Pulse Fitness had an established product for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch but needed a dedicated Apple TV experience to differentiate its paid fitness offering and make guided home workouts more immersive. The new application had to feel native on a television, support remote-first browsing and video playback, and stay connected to the existing accounts, subscriptions, workout catalogue, profiles, goals, statistics, and history. The technical challenge was to coordinate activity across Apple TV, iPhone, and Apple Watch so connected users could follow workout metrics on the big screen, while still providing a complete workout path for people without a wearable.

Solution
Snotor developed a native tvOS application with Swift, SwiftUI, the tvOS SDK, and AVKit. The application includes a video-led hero area, trainer and category collections, searchable workout lists, detailed workout pages, full-screen playback, and device connection messages. Connected sessions synchronize workout activity across Apple TV, iPhone, and Apple Watch and present metrics such as heart rate, calories, active minutes, duration, and activity zones. Standalone sessions use profile and workout parameters to estimate relevant exercise data. The scope also covered StoreKit-based content access, synchronized profiles and history, public and private challenges, leaderboards, admin-managed content, Node.js backend work, analytics and attribution integrations, QA, TestFlight, and App Store release support.

Results
Over six months, Snotor delivered a separate native Apple TV product connected to the wider Iron Pulse ecosystem. Users can now move from workout discovery to big-screen video training, choose connected or standalone sessions, keep subscription access and user data aligned across devices, and participate in challenges without leaving the television experience. The tvOS application is publicly available through the Iron Pulse Fitness App Store listing, and the official product website now presents Apple TV as a core part of the connected fitness experience. No Apple TV-specific growth, retention, conversion, or revenue metrics were supplied for publication.
