The client requested SoftTeco to create a web platform with complex business logic for food delivery merchants. The platform offers intuitive navigation and a rich user interface for merchants to manage orders and deliveries with only a few clicks. In addition, the client engaged SoftTeco’s data science specialist to work on data gathering and processing.

Solution
Coco Delivery is a next generation delivery service for merchants that uses robots to deliver food orders to clients. Once a client places an order, it is processed by the Coco platform, which arranges for robot delivery directly to the end user. SoftTeco developed the web platform for merchants entirely from scratch. In addition, our data science experts work closely with the client's team to collect and analyze data for further insights.

- Two separate admin panels for merchants and for the contact center
