Challenge

The task was to develop a strict and concise mobile application for theMinistry of Veterans of Ukraine with the support of the UNDP, which would make life easier for veterans. The goal was to provide veterans with the ability to create and submit applications for social services provided by accessible organizations, and to track their progress in a personal account. Comfortable search for suitable organizations was required, taking into account the necessary services and region.

Solution

Filing an application for services does not take much time. The user can independently select an organization or start filling out an application without a specific choice. In the second case, representatives of the Ministry of Veterans of Ukraine will select an organization themselves, taking into account the user's service base and region. To activate the application, the Veteran's questionnaire must be filled out. Information about oneself is entered and confirmed. Such completed questionnaires are sent for verification. After that, they are processed by employees of the Ministry of Veterans of Ukraine

Results

In the end, we created a social application that helps to form and track requests for services provided to veterans by organizations. It offers search and filtering options using either a map or search bar. Users can apply filters to highlight organizations based on the type of service, rating, or region. Currently, we are working on improving the application and adding additional features. Specifically, we are developing new useful functions and user scenarios and implementing them into the application.
