BuiltUp came to us with a concept deck and little else — no brand, no technical team, no product. The goal was ambitious: take a construction-management idea and turn it into a live, revenue-ready app on both the iOS and Android stores, wrapped in a brand and marketing engine built to scale from day one. Everything had to be built from scratch, and it all had to work together.

Solution
We built the entire company end to end. We created the brand from the ground up — logo, the signature BuiltUp Orange colour system, voice and app icon — then designed and shipped native iOS and Android apps from a single React Native codebase, featuring project dashboards, on-site progress photo capture, and a client portal. At the core sits an AI scoping engine powered by GPT-4o and trained on real construction data, turning a job description into a detailed project scope in minutes instead of days. We rounded it out with a conversion-optimised marketing site (sub-2-second loads), Meta and Google ad campaigns with App Store optimisation, and a hardened AWS infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines built for reliability.

Results
Two apps launched on the App Store and Google Play, holding a 4.9-star rating. Over 2,400 construction projects have been managed on the platform, with 99.9% uptime maintained since launch — a full, functioning product and brand taken from a single deck to a scaling business.
