You bring the domain, we bring the software engineering. One senior engineer and a team of AI models take ideas, AI-built prototypes and agency-built products to software real users rely on. A working version every week, in your own GitHub and cloud. Change direction any week, stop after any version.

Processes and approach
How do you gather and validate client requirements?
Clients bring whatever they have, whether that’s an idea, notes, a prototype or an existing product. In a free scoping session we write down exactly what the first week will build, and the client approves it before paying anything.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
Someone on the client’s side who knows the domain decides what “correct” looks like each week. Each week’s work is set by what the client, their users or their investors said about the last version.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
Short weekly cycles, similar to Agile but simpler. Every week ends with a working version the client can use and test. Clients can change direction any week at no extra charge, and there’s no long upfront specification.
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
The client sees a working version every week rather than a status report. Code and cloud accounts are in the client’s own name from day one, so they can see everything as it’s built.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
A weekly call with our senior engineer, acting as the client’s CTO, to review the latest version and agree the next week’s work. Questions in between are answered within a working day.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
Automated tests, code review by a senior engineer and proper deployment are built in from the first week. AI models write code under our direction and review. Work only counts as done when the client accepts it.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
We test the riskiest assumption first and build the smallest version that proves it. Because the work is weekly, a problem shows up within days, and the client can stop after any version.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
Clients can keep going with weekly versions, move to ongoing maintenance, or hand over to their own team. Everything is in their accounts and built so their team can extend it. KIMA’s team now adds features themselves.
