Serious Offer | Web app for finding houses and making offers to its owners

Serious Offer, an Australian real estate company, approached us to develop a user-friendly web app facilitating apartment search and direct purchase offers. The goal was to streamline the process, allowing users to browse and make offers from the comfort of their homes, with additional support for those facing challenges in finding their ideal apartment.

We needed to build a responsive web app that would work well on all devices and allow users to search for flats by using maps. Then, users should be able to create an offer and send it to the owner - without navigating through various websites and visiting sellers in person to present it.

"Serious Offer" enables users to log into a Google Maps-integrated platform, where they explore regions, identify apartments, and visually assess them through Google images. Users can use rechargeable credits to construct and electronically submit offers by clicking the "Send Offer" button. In the MVP version, administrators print and send offers to apartment owners. Upon receiving an offer, the apartment owner can log in using a provided code or scanning a QR code on Serious Offer. This initiates a chat within the platform, facilitating direct communication between the parties. This chat serves as a space for discussions about the feasibility and details of the potential transaction.
