Challenge
Sterkla wanted to make professional coaching more accessible by connecting users with expert coaches from around the world through a single digital platform. The challenge was to move the traditional coaching experience into a convenient, technology-enabled environment where users could discover suitable coaches, communicate with them, participate in live sessions, and track their personal development.
At the same time, the platform needed to address the requirements of two distinct user groups: individuals looking for personalized coaching and professional coaches managing consultations and client interactions. This required an intuitive experience that could simplify communication, support multiple coaching categories, and provide reliable tools for managing the complete coaching journey.
Since Sterkla was designed for a global audience, scalability, usability, secure transactions, and dependable communication were also critical. The objective was to build more than a basic coaching app—a comprehensive digital ecosystem capable of supporting meaningful interactions between users and coaches worldwide.

Solution
Techugo developed Sterkla as a global online coaching marketplace with an integrated set of tools for users and coaches. The team began with discovery and planning to understand the platform's objectives, target audience, competitors, and business requirements before translating them into the product architecture and user experience.
The solution included intuitive user and coach experiences, enabling users to discover coaching opportunities, communicate with experts, participate in live video coaching, and track their personal growth. Coaches received dedicated functionality to manage their coaching activities and interact with users through the platform.
Techugo followed an agile development process covering UI/UX design, technical architecture, backend and frontend development, functional testing, performance testing, security testing, and deployment across mobile and web platforms. Secure payment functionality through Stripe was also incorporated to support reliable transactions within the coaching ecosystem.
