Challenge
Client: Theodo, IT services and software consulting. Theodo delivers critical projects for its clients and brings in The Vibe Company as a technical expert embedded in its teams. The challenge: industrialize AI-assisted development at scale across the teams that deliver those projects. Without a common base, each team cobbles together its own way of using AI and good practices stay stuck in a single repository.

Solution
Together, we build Software Factories for hundreds of developers: the same tools, agents, skills and rules for every team, plus the support and training that help them adopt these practices and move faster. Services: embedded technical expertise, AI-assisted development at scale, standardized tools/agents/skills, team support & training.

Results
Security is one of the areas where that shared base pays off fastest, because one forgotten rule in one repository is enough to open a door. The shared base gives hundreds of developers the same tools, agents, skills and rules. Both founders of The Vibe Company came through Theodo.
