Solution

The team created an IoT platform with modules for: Predictive Maintenance: Sensors on equipment monitor temperature and vibration, alerting operators to irregularities Environmental Control: Monitors factory conditions (humidity, temperature, noise) and air quality, alerting when limits are exceeded and suggesting solutions. Manufacturing Effectiveness: Collects sensor data to analyze overall equipment effectiveness, highlighting factors affecting OEE, identifying issues, and tracking performance metrics. Quality Assurance: Tracks production quantity and quality, offering detailed insights on each item and identifying trends in scrap rates to improve quality metrics. This platform streamlines process oversight, maintenance, environmental safety, and quality control in enterprises.

Results
