Solution
Trantor took a self-initiative to build a POC using the Win Automate platform that logs into the data source and exports the data in the excel sheet. Upon export, the bots read the data in the excel sheet and enter the data in respective fields within AEM instances(author mode). The content is saved as an authored draft and is published only after the testing is done by the tester. Key highlights of the situation :
Integration with GatherContent to export data from GC to export.
Read/Copy the content from the Excel for each content page and paste the same into respective component instances in the AEM content management system
Save the entered content as a draft by the author and not publish it.
