The Client approached Velevetch's team to develop a web solution that would allow elderly people and their families to book long-term care. In contrast to other online platforms that offer limited functionalities, the objective was to create a comprehensive marketplace that would enable customers to choose residences, make payments, and begin the onboarding process all in one place.

The project delivery included the implementation of three software components: a customer portal, a platform for residence providers, and a web app for administrators. The development of these parts provided the client with a secure, scalable, and functional system ready to be launched.
