Challenge
Corti needed a user interface upgrade for their AI-powered digital voice assistant for medics. Corti users requested a simple visual dashboard to display and generalize the data collected by the existing solution. At the first stage of development, Corti set the task of building a prototype that would bring immediate value to its users.

Solution
The Voypost team broke the task down into individual items and estimated the respective timeframes. The biggest challenge lied in retaining compatibility between the dashboard, designed with React on Firebase, and other parts of the platform, implementing a complex access policy on top. Voypost had also implemented the CSV export option for dashboard data.

Results
As soon as the prototype was delivered, Corti was able to reiterate and improve upon it, recognizing the code quality from Voypost.
In particular, the patient dashboard by Voypost listed patients based on the severity of their condition. The data concerning the patient state was collected through SMS, e-mails, or interviews, so the actual professional presence was not necessary.
It enabled healthcare professionals to better distribute their effort and focus on patients who need attention the most.
