S Cubed needed a secure, scalable, and user-friendly platform capable of simplifying complex clinical and practice-management workflows for therapy clinics.
The platform had to protect sensitive patient information in line with HIPAA requirements while supporting users with different levels of technical proficiency. It also needed to operate consistently across web, Android, and iOS.
Another key challenge was managing complex relationships between clients, staff, providers, treatment plans, billing, payments, and medical history while maintaining accurate and synchronized information across multiple modules.
Static treatment-plan and session-note forms limited flexibility, while manual processes forced staff to collect information from multiple sources. Real-time synchronization was also essential for appointments, sessions, and other time-sensitive operations.

VT Netzwelt developed an all-in-one clinical and practice-management platform that centralizes key clinic operations while providing a clean and intuitive experience for staff and guardians.
The solution included an appointment management system for scheduling recurring and one-time appointments based on therapist and client availability, along with a Smart Form Builder that enables clinics to create customized treatment plans and session notes.
We implemented functionality for recording therapy sessions, generating reports, staff-to-staff and staff-to-guardian messaging, billing and claims management, electronic signatures, configurable roles and permissions, graphical reporting, centralized document management, and a dedicated guardian portal.
Security was addressed through encryption, access controls, log management, and HIPAA-focused safeguards. The UI/UX was redesigned to provide clear navigation and an intuitive experience across different user groups.
