The client wanted to build a mobile-first parking platform to solve everyday urban parking frustrations by helping users find and reserve parking spots in real time. Operating in the urban mobility and parking services sector, the goal was to combine parking availability, instant reservations, navigation, payments, and value-added vehicle services into one seamless experience. The platform also needed to support personalized user profiles, analytics for fleet managers, and operator dashboards to manage inventory and pricing efficiently.

We developed EasyPark as a cross-platform mobile application that brings together real-time data, AI, and integrated services. iOS and Android apps were built using Flutter to ensure smooth and consistent performance. AI-powered parking spot detection with real-time, color-coded availability was implemented alongside interactive 3D maps and AR walking directions. Secure payments and dynamic pricing were enabled through Stripe, while user profiles stored vehicles, preferences, and payment methods. Fleet tools were added for bulk reservations, route optimization, and spending insights, along with third-party integrations for EV charging, car washes, and maintenance services. The backend was hosted on AWS to support real-time processing, scalability, and operator dashboards.
