The client was facing a wide range of complex issues with their online stores, including user experience (UX) problems resulting from the use of outdated plugins, as well as difficulties with integrating essential HR, Helpdesk, and Payment tools into their existing system, all of which have been causing significant challenges in their day-to-day operations and ultimately affecting their bottom line.

We Implemented payment gateway integration with bamboora. We configured translation plugins for each online store. We integrated online stores with Gorgias for customer service and helpdesk—customized and enhanced Woocommerce dashboard to show key insights.

Thanks to their implementation of language localization, the client was able to achieve remarkable improvements in their conversion rates, along with providing seamless customer service through multilingual support.
