Solution
Their main task was to port the ERC3623 (regulated tokens) & ERC4626 (vault) standards onto the network.
Once this was completed, they needed to provide a simple interface so that people wanting to tokenize assets could show how this complex process actually works.
with Vaults, they created simple vaults, and then expanded this to auto-balancer vaults, which is the basis of basic portfolios
