YouthBusiness.org: Squarespace to Enterprise WordPress Migration & Custom Geodata Visualization
Challenge
The primary challenge for Youth Business International (YBI) was the rigidity and lack of scalability of their legacy Squarespace platform, which inhibited their ability to function as a global knowledge hub. They needed a flexible CMS to manage vast research archives and, critically, required a functional way to visually map and showcase their global network and impact stories. As the provider, our main challenge was executing a complex, zero-loss content migration from the proprietary platform while custom-developing a high-performance geodata visualization plugin that could handle dynamic data filtering for their worldwide operations.
