When we started with the project, the first challenge was to understand the real estate and home-building process. The client shared many package plans, pricing rules, and requirements, which made it challenging to map out the website flow and tools needed.
Another big challenge was designing a smooth user journey. Users needed a simple interface to explore options, select packages, and configure their home without confusion.
From the admin side, the system needed to support easy creation and management of custom packages. We had to build flexible controls without complicating the backend.
Online payment was also necessary. Users needed the ability to pay immediately or choose to save their plan and pay later, creating multiple payment paths.
We also had to remove manual land data entry. The system required automated land lookup and selection, which required integrating mapping tools and accurately fetching location details.
