Challenge
Esports websites need to present team information, gaming content, and community resources in a way that is easy for fans to explore. UGAA required a website experience that could prioritize its League of Legends team while accommodating information about other games and teams. Another important challenge was organizing community engagement features, including forums and Discord channels, without making the overall experience difficult to navigate.
