Shopify brands wanted a loyalty program that builds real community instead of another points engine. Yourmunity needed a branded, Reddit-style feed on each brand's own domain where customers post reviews, ideas, questions and show-and-tell posts, vote and comment, plus proof that the community drives business results.

PatStudio built the full product: the member-facing community feed with Shopify login and identity onboarding, a brand dashboard that ties activity back to business outcomes (members vs non-members, retention, top contributors), and admin tools with a post and poll editor, scheduling, AI-assisted drafts, member management and team roles. Stack: React, TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Shopify APIs, Claude API, Docker.

The app is live on the Shopify App Store. Brand communities reached 1.2k+ members with +12% weekly growth and 412 weekly active members, and brands can see in the dashboard how community members compare to non-members on repeat purchases and retention.
